A family that plays together stays together.
This is one simple area of life that can yield incredible benefits for your family.
Wouldn’t it be great to be able to learn skills necessary to strengthen resilience in your family? Our team at Resilience Kit helps parents and children learn valuable coping skills, together as a family in a fun way. These skills will assist children to succeed in their early schooling and will support them in becoming emotionally and socially competent in their interactions with peers, teachers and family.
Skills reinforcement and rehearsal is important.
We set goals with parents and caregivers to encourage new skills to be learnt together as a family, session by session. Each week, children are encouraged to practice the activities learnt in the session at home and at kindergarten or school to feel comfortable enough to the skills anywhere in their daily life.
